0845 OPTIONS:

The following options are available only when you take an 0845 number from us, for prices and to discuss the various options available call or email us.

Client caller Delivery/0845 Delivery CCD):

• This service delivers your 0845 number as your CLI on outbound calls.

Client Caller Viewing (CCV): 

• Where you have a display phone, this service will show you the number the caller has dialed, lets you see if they have dialled your 0845 number or your standard landline number. (caller ID must be activated)

Voicemail:

• Voicemail option is a convenient service to have on your 0845 number. You can have voicemail on your line which you can activate when you want, or have the option of voicemail if the phone is unanswered after 4 rings* or if the line is engaged, an email is sent to a nominated email address and you simply dial up 08456 44 44 44 enter your pin, and then retrieve your messages anywhere in the world. (* you decide how many rings before voicemail is activated)

0845 Raw data viewing:

• You can have access to your incoming 0845 raw data if required.

• You are given a password and login and access via a website

• Data uploaded every morning from previous day.

 Number Divert:

• If your 0845 is unanswered or if it is engaged the divert can switch the caller over to an alternative number or to a call centre who can answer your call. The divert can also go through to a voicemail or can switch to a mobile number.
